You can request the deletion of your DotVision account and your data by sending an email to this address:
Please follow the instructions below:

Specify "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Send the email from the same address as your DotVision account to ensure that the request is indeed coming from you.
The following data will be deleted unless expressly requested otherwise:

All data associated with the account on the DotVision Motion platform (activities, events, participants, tags, and positions).

All data associated with the account on the BlueForest platform (organizations, devices, subscriptions, and licenses).
The deletion will take effect within 15 business days.
